Your access to the ChiroCare USA Network enables you to have 24/7 access to our credentialed high quality medical professionals. Our process is simple, easy, and inexpensive. We work directly with employers and payer organizations as well as discount medical plans to develop programs which help keep you healthy and active. All participants enjoy access to our network of chiropractor, physical therapist, massage therapist, and specialty care providers and support companies.

What is the ChiroCare USA Consumer Program?
Electronic Referral and easy communication with providers
The ChiroCare USA Consumer program is offered in conjunction with a partnership with Pain Relief USA, a discount medical membership plan, to provide discounts on many chiropractic related expenses which are NOT covered by your employer benefit policy, Medicare or State funded programs. The program is available for any consumer and their immediate family members who are participating employees through an arrangement between ChiroCare USA IPA and their employer. This program is not insurance but may be used to supplement your major medical health insurance policy.
ChiroCare USA is a contracted network that allows doctors to set and accept discounts on their services for our members. When you participate in the ChiroCare USA Consumer program you are enrolled by a relationship between ChiroCare USA, our network of professionals, and your employer.
Our extensive network of providers allows members to easily request appointments at locations which are easy for you to access. The electronic process includes the ability to choose a day and time which is convenient for you. In addition, a brief assessment is included so you can choose the right provider for the right care you need.

To receive care, you must access providers through the secure participation platform. To do so, you must complete your enrollment.
Once your participation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to complete your registration and enrollment. This includes address, family members, and a brief assessment of your immediate needs. This will activate you in our assessment & referral management platform where you will receive support and access to network providers.

You must have an active participation arrangement through your employer and active log in to the ChiroCare Consumer Platform. You can then begin to search for providers from the Member Platform.

Chiropractic care focuses on the relationship between the body’s main structures – the skeleton, the muscles and the nerves – and the patient’s health. Chiropractors believe that health may be improved and preserved by making adjustments to these structures, particularly to the spinal column.
Chiropractors do not prescribe drugs or perform surgical procedures, although they do refer patients for these services if they are medically indicated.
Chiropractic care has become a well-recognized and highly respected health care field. Chiropractic services are covered by health insurance, including Medicare, and chiropractors are bound by the same regulations and ethics as medical doctors and doctors of osteopathy.

ChiroCare USA has access to a diverse network of providers, utilizes advance technology for easy access, and will reduce your out-of-pocket expenses for health care as health care costs continue to rise. This program is available to consumers through a relationship between ChiroCare USA IPA and Pain Relief USA. Thus, providing care access to consumers, employees and their family, giving them the ability to receive needed treatment that may be paid out-of-pocket at a reduced rate. Partially insured patients, who have coverage for some services and not others (such as chiropractic care) may use their ChiroCare USA benefits to complement their existing benefits, specifically for the non-covered services.

Network providers agree to a discount off all services not covered under your employer sponsored health plan of 15% - 30% including certain chiropractic services, adjunctive therapy (sine wave stimulation, ultrasound, and or laser therapy, acupuncture, massage therapy). There is no limitation on use or frequency on all standard complementary services offered at their locations. These services will vary by provider. Sample services include:
